BILLY RAY TALKS ABOUT MILEY’S TOPLESS PIC

 Miley Cyrus' father Billy Ray Cyrus has responded over controversial Vanity Fair photo shoot. "I didn't know they were going to strip her down and wrap her in a blanket," Cyrus explained on Tuesday’s Today Show. Of what seems to be a topless of his 15-year-old daughter, he replied, “I was surprised when I saw it ... but, hey, that's life. Stuff happens." About the wave of critics that emerged once the pictures became known, Cyrus said he never thought to complain. "I didn't," he told Vieira,” 'cause my dad always said, 'The more you stomp in poop, the more it stinks.' " As regards the photo of Miley posing with her father, which appeared to be romantic, Billy Rae just added, "That's just a daddy who loves his daughter a whole lot."
