HANNAH MONTANA ADMIRERS SUED THE STAR’S FAN CLUB
A big number of deceived Hannah Montana fans have filed a lawsuit against the teen sensation's fan club after breaching of a deal to find them preference seats for the singer’s concert. A lawsuit filed in Nashville claimed fan club owners knew it was difficult to fulfill demands, but they still offered tickets with priorities locations as part of a membership perk. The suit names companies Interactive Media Marketing and Smiley Miley as defendants and is asking for triple damages for all members of the lawsuit and legal fees. Miley’s summer Best of Both Worlds Tour sold out almost instantly.
