Miley Cyrus and her father Billy Ray Cyrus have apologized for not wearing their seat belts in a scene in the latest concert film 'Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour." The criticized footage shows the 15-year-old star and her dad in the back of a Range Rover, without using required safety restraints. "We got caught up in the moment of filming, and we made a mistake and forgot to buckle our seat belts. Seat belt safety is extremely important," Billy told People.com
