Now a photo agency has filed a suit against her Disney chiefs for copyright infringement over a range of Hannah Montana candies that have her face on the packaging. The candy is packaged in a small picture frame with the 15-year-old featured inside. Glamour Shots state the Hannah Montana Glamour Shots Candy, placed on Disney store shelves, confuses buyers into believing the photo agency made the treats. Disney’s rep couldn’t be reach.
